Breath:
Flour and water, A new Easter sourdough – Just starting to rise.
Consider the birds:
Snow falls at Easter, A blackbird gathering worms- Knows just what she does.

Good Friday:
Easter bunny runs, Survival his only goal – The cross life must bear.
Transformation:
Maundy Thursday bread, Sweet taste of the last supper – Each moment reborn.
Falling:
Hedge of icicles, Chiming a glassy shiver – One falls with a clang. Sorry, still on the same theme as yesterday, but I love this hedge and the sound it makes!
Winter song:
Hedge of icicles, Chimes as another one falls – The wind plays a tune.
Mortality:
The north-east wind bites, Sending shivers down my spine- Unwelcome stranger.
Play:
Snowballs and sledging, Still finding joy in winter – Spring can wait today.
Gossip..
Snow hypnotizes, At dusk, beginning to stick – Like careless whispers.
Melting pot.
Daisies on the lawn, Blending in with the snowflakes – And falling blossom.
